I am very Unhappy with their services...they don't focus on customer requirements,have to remind them again and again on top of it if given any suggestions they say we don't do this way....arey its our requirements....at the time of onboarding they give huge commitment they will work on our requirements but inspite of reminding them again and again they don't respond....my wedding has taken place last dec 2019 and till date I have not received my video and Mr Biswajit dnt even respond to customer after work and till date I m following up he dint even called me back or replied....Please don't go for their photography services they will ruin your most memorable day and moreover they will not even respond and finish their task perfectly and very very time taking and still no results....Don't waste your money and time on their services
