I sought advice from an agent named Pradeep, who, unfortunately, lacked knowledge about phones. Despite specifically asking for a phone with good battery life, I was recommended the Tecno phone. Within one day of purchase, I encountered issues with battery drainage and heating. When I approached the service center, they claimed everything was okay, despite the evident problems. It's disappointing that Pradeep did not provide accurate information, and it seems he is more interested in securing incentives than building trust in customer relationships. What's more concerning is his refusal to acknowledge any fault. I strongly caution others against trusting Pradeep's advice at this shop. The lack of accountability may harm the shop's reputation, and it would be wise for the owner to take corrective action to avoid losing customers.

Do not give them the phone. I gave them to change the screen he took 2200 rs claiming he will use the original. After he put new screen but the front camera was a blur, I told him it the camera was a blur he told me I have to change camera. Nonsense ( It was working just a day before ). Then after than he took it for 2hours again and said there was dust inside. ( and he wanted me to change my original camera ) . After then now my phone has 50% touch. As in it works and sometimes it's just hanging. I showed him but he kept saying that it is working in front of him. And told me I need to change the software. ( How can you trust a guy who says to change the camera just by looking at it ) . And then he said to keep it for the whole day. But literally, how can u trust this person. A horrible shop. Don't go. You will regret it. The shop is not worth even a single star.
