I went to Sangeetha mobiles to buy Samsung phone by second week of March.I selected the mobile within 15 minutes but there was a huge delay at the payment.They said there was a cash back offer going on if paid through paytm well when I did he told me those never ending stories about the process which he did not tell me prior and finally when everything was done the Internet was not proper and the guy who was doing it cancelled the product thrice it was very irritating by the time I finished up things and came out it was 10.30pm. I went inside at 9pm and came out by 10.30pm.very irritating experience it was.you guys need to speed up and provide better services to the consumers ! I will never recommend people if it is this way !! Very disappointed.

Bunch of cheaters working here. Sells second hand piece that they know that they wont work. When you went back to return the mobile gives the Service Center contact to get the new mobile serviced.

My experience is that, they are good with minor repairs. Not advisable for services like touch screen & display replacement. My new phone which I gave for display change, the touch has became hyper sensitive and work automatically, making the entire phone a total waste. Now they say they can't do anything.

Worst experience ever. No customer service attitude to staff. Staff insufficiently trained. Long checkout delays. Got into argument at Parking as the parking keeper did not give a redeemable coupon for parking (but gave Rs 20 as change ) at the exit time the keeper said that it was my responsibility to demand the coupon but not his responsibility to give. Useless service. Do not go ever.
