Incomplete and Disappointing Service

I had the unfortunate experience of hiring Blue Masons for interior decorating in Kolkata, and it was nothing short of a nightmare. In fact, I would go as far as to say that they are the absolute worst interior decorators in the entire city. First and foremost, their communication was abysmal. It was like pulling teeth to get them to respond to emails or phone calls. It's as if they had no interest in actually working on our project. When we did manage to get a hold of them, their attitude was dismissive and unprofessional. But the real horror began when they started working on our project. The quality of their work was shockingly poor. The paint job was uneven, with visible streaks and drips everywhere. The furniture they selected for us was not only cheap and tacky, but it also arrived damaged and in terrible condition. It was clear that they had no attention to detail and absolutely no taste.
