The worst agency and the worst service ever.

Worst agency. Third class people. They told they will give us 2 maids & taken double money but not even gave us 1 proper maid. Everytime we ask for replacement, they take 1 to 2 months for replacement. Worst agency ever seen in bangalore. Office people have worst attitude. So better i contacted other maid agency. Never ever trust this agency. They are money suckers. They Wont even give replacement nor refund our money.

They won't send according to the requirement. Our nanny who came to lookafter the child can't even walk when we asked about that a staff named RAGINI she was shouting at us only instead. They just want to push any nanny and take money. Problems with nanny: 1) they are not professional , they come bcoz of their financial problems 2) Thief - one nanny stole 50k jewellery 3) Relationship - one while coming in a ola car met a guy and started relationship , hte used to come in front of our home for her 4) They have more experience than us - not how to work, but rather how to escape the work. 5) most of them ask for seperate room and bathroom 6)Nannies come from a rural background hence they won't be even knowing how to look after baby properly. 7) Nannies take bath only once in 3 days or so that problem is also there We are having many nannies since last 2 years, we know how these people are. Just be carefull with the money

WORST AGENCY. The lady in the front office by name regina has the worst attitude. No customer service motive at all. They are only money minded. Their employees are equally worst. Absolutely no experience and equally worst attitude. They dont respect customers needs and time. Not sure if the manager saranya is even aware of how worst her agency is operating. Pathetic.
