I've had UV/RO purifiers for 7 yrs now but never had this disastrous experience. My RO was out of use for few months. After shifting at new location I requested fresh installation. Their engineer showed that filter/cartridges needed replacement and he will put authentic company parts. I paid for everything, more than 3k. Only to find out later that RO was chucking out 10 times more water than it purified. I am not exaggerating at all, have measured. I struggled with trying to use waste water in umpteen places within household. Eventually I gave up & called them back. They initially told me on phone that I've been duped with fraudulent parts. When I confronted that it was your ppl who installed those parts. They fell back n asked me to share bill; I did. Then starts the hide n seek game. Now they either don't pick my phone or if accidentally picked. They tell me their engineer will visit in next few hours. It has been going on for weeks now, I'm fed up. Don't want anyone else to suffer
