Service after sales is very poor and no proper follow-up by sales persons. I am fed up for the quality of TV which has been sold to me. Also old TV is not picked up and taken Rs.1000/- from me. The service from the date of installation of TV, colour, quality of product is very bad and not appreciable. I have contacted owner of the shop. I am taking number of equipments from their shop from last number of years, but in this product no proper service.

Really pethetic service...a few days back i bought an led tv from here but within a couple of days i started facing clarity issues on it,, after contacting my dth operater i came to know the tv that i bought was just an ordinary 'HD READY' TV which i was not been told by the sales person in the shop.....but now i m helpless as i have already paid a sum of 29000 for it which i do not think will be exchanged for a full hd tv...but i'll atleast make sure that do not shop with these people again....
