I had requested movers and packers for 2 of my articles. They told me that they would provide me the service in 6500rs. And i specifically asked him what will you provide? He told me they would provide me with vehicle, a driver and one labour and with full packing but the payment should be done in 20% advance and rest after the job is done. I agreed with them by reading reviews on sulekha. But when i sent him 1000rs. As an advance and sent him the location and screenshot of payment done. They msged me that 1000rs. Advance is paid of the total amount of 9500rs. Then i called them again, they told me there's been a misunderstanding the total amount is 9500 not 6500, then he told me if you don't find it satisfactory I can refund your advance and I told them to refund it... It's been 11 days and I am calling him everyday and he is not picking up my call, I texted him several times he is not replying either... Beware of him, he is totally unprofessional and a total fraudster.
