This builder is a Fraud. Please DO NOT deal with this builder. They pledge flats with the bank for a loan and re-sell the same flats to buyers (There is no way to identify this before buying the flat). Later, when they don't repay the bank loan, the bank comes to seize the flat. Many families are still suffering as of date due to this fraud done by BSR Builders & Developers (http://www.bsrbuilders.com). There will soon be a media coverage on this issue too. Be warned if anyone is planning on dealing with them.

Very Very worst builder ...your money will be wasted if you invested in this builder, buildings started to leak within 1year..Poor construction quality and materials used and very very poor response if you contact them.only they will behind you for your money.
