How many bundles of shingles do I need for 1500 square feet?

Calculating the required shingles is quite easy if the house is flat but if the house has a pitched roof then calculating the requirement is a bit complicated. The basic requirement of shingle for a 100 sq ft roof surface area is approximately around 3 bundles of 3-tab shingles. The three bundles of shingles consist of 29 standard-sized shingles whose measures are 12 inches by 36 inches. To find out the requirement of shingles for a 1500 sq ft house first determine the shed footprint which should also include the overhangs. A 1500 sq ft house will have 15 squares all of which will require 3 bundles so the approximate requirement comes around 57 bundles of shingles for 1500 sq ft.

Be careful when you are selecting Brick N Bolt for construction. As soon as I paid the booking amount they increased the quotation by 30 percent. Then I asked them to cancel my booking and refund the booking amount. No one is responding and not refunding the amount.

Beware of BrickNBolt: Deceptive Practices and Poor Quality - CRN 216798 (Do Not Delete Reviews) I regretfully engaged with BrickNBolt for my house construction, and the experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. Their so-called "classic package" is merely a façade for deceptive marketing tactics and a blatant disregard for customer satisfaction. The agreement with BrickNBolt is designed to trap customers, with clauses that prevent any reasonable recourse. Their purportedly professional product managers and senior leaders are shockingly incompetent, showing a complete lack of professionalism and accountability. Throughout the construction process, communication with BrickNBolt's team was abysmal. Project Manager Nikhil's dismissive attitude towards customer feedback highlights the company's utter disregard for client satisfaction. The materials used on-site were of appallingly low quality, and customers are kept in the dark about this until it's too late. Attaching proofs.

My Dear Owners, I am posting this review after getting an unethical treatment from Longitude. Please read this before transferring a single rupee of hard earned money towards this company. First they show a finished project not related to their firm and quote a very competitive price with good price tag. Once transferred then they start up quoting necessary items like kitchen as additionals and each additionals priced upto 1 Lac. Its like a honey trap, neither we can come out nor continue. If we continue we will loose in lacs and if opted out we will not even get basic 2 D drawings (which is expected for an advance amount of 1 Lac). Though i lost 1 Lac but still i am in profit thinking i saved millions if contract was given to this company. So my sincere advice not to think even about this company.

Never pay advance without getting agreement, CRN 235423, I had contacted the company in june 2023 for my construction and had paid advance for the same, they kept on postponing the construction after receiving the advance money from me, My RM always lied to me regarding the start date of the construction, Whenever I raised tickets, or tired to reach them via email , they always sent out automated emails and even closed my tickets without resolving the issue, I waited for 6 months and decided to terminate the project with them, Its a horrible company, I lost my money and time due to their unprofessionalism and am struggling to get my refund. Please be advised they are not a construction company, they just tie to up with any contractor, Don't pay any amount without agreement. Avoid this company

I have faced losses and time due to my mistake of choosing brick and bolt, please don't make any payments to the company without signing a agreement, Kindly note I was a genuine customer of the company and I have shared only my experiences here and have no intention of defaming this company. In June 2023 I approached this company for construction of my house and was assigned CRN 235423, I paid a advance of(five figure amount) to proceed and I was told within 2 months the construction would start, A relationship manager was assigned to me and he was responsible for my project, By august 2023, I had paid even more i.e huge sum(which was the biggest mistake I committed without signing the agreement), the architect took one month and shared the plans and structure design by the end of august 2023, My RM told me that by End of august 2023 my project would start, I waited till dec 23, but my RM didn't work as promised and lied about starting the project, Kindly stay away from this fraud comp
