Fraud guy. Totally unprofessional. Instead of helping clients to complete project fast, he obstructs work, instructs people to delay work. Takes commission from everyone including mason, electrician, painter etc. Initially he will inform you that he will only give designs and take money. Then he will want to do the entire project. If you tell him that you will bring you own team, he will delay every stage and push up to desperation. He has not shared the structural diagrams, interior designs of my house even after taking full payment. If you ever build house with him, it will take four years to complete. He will drain you of all the money and you will feel bad for even wanting to build the house. He won't incorporate any of your necessities in the house design Please contact the owners any of the houses he has already built. None of them will recommend him. Stay away from this fraud guy.

If we (Customer) regularly calls the Site Engineer and discussed about our dream house he will block our Number.....We can't see the Site Engineer atall....
