One of the worst experience I ever had. He over exaggerate the work he had done in the past which made me give him contract. The work involved bathroom renovation and wall paint for a three bedroom flat. He opened up all the bathroom at once when I was out on work when I clearly mentioned to open sequentially. I had no bathroom to use and had to vacate the flat completely and use my parents house. The both room work was soo shabby that at one point they placed two diffent types of tiles on the bathroom floor, you literally have to be blind to miss that. After I told him about the issue he said no problem they look good. Final product of bathroom is a big disappointment with tiles hardly in alignment., leaking taps. The painters all are drunkards and made a fuss at home. He straight up lies to you on your face and says he didn't say so during issuing agrement. He says he will clear the garbage work him after the work but (it will be mentioned in agrement that he will not clear but he says thats just printed documentation but I will clear the rubbish) in the end we have to do it ourself which costed me 3500rs. I was locked out of my house twice because the workers don't even know how to properly even lock the door door jamming it in the process, not once but twice. Had to replace my lock set twice costing me 5000rs for thatOvercharges everything's from materials, to work, with very shabby work, poor work ethics, unskilled workers, very rude manners, no respect for client, does not follow deadlines, straight up lies to your face,
