They take advance payment and NEVER WORK ON TIME.
They do many MISTAKES and never work on architect plan. They don?t accept their mistakes & rather do arguments.
The office team work only work on papers and NO ON-SITE WORKER TEAM.
Once they receive the payment they don?t respond.
Never give work to them.

The company provides it's customer with a false promise of 1 year free service, after you purchase their product the company has no interest in providing the service. We have been using their biometric attendance system and have not been able to generate the attendance report for any month for last 1 year. The product shuts off automatically needs to be rebooted each time. On enquiring the company for solution there response is abusive and unprofessional towards their customers and they clearly state they are not concern. Even we asked them to provide us with a proper demonstration for using their product initially, which they did not provided us.

It is a good response fromSecurity Systems - Ashish Shah, Satellite. From this dealer, we had purchased CCTV Cameras. Their Responsiveness and service were good. I paid a very 3000 amount for that purchase. I have fulfilled with their service and the customer service was a nice way.
