I would give minus rating if there was an option. They do not deserve even one star. Bus staff do not have any manners even with regards to ladies. We were traveling with a toddler because of some urgency had to book bus instead of a train or flight. They turned out journey into a nightmare. Never informed us that the bus would be late. Noone picked up the calls and we were haulted at the bus stop in an unfamiliar place with a toddler waiting for the bus. After a lot of efforts finally got in touch with them and they informed that bus will be 3 hours late. Later came to know that they purposely delayed because they kept waiting for passengers and goods to carry. Entire night they did not stop the bus for washroom and when asked the driver told me to go where everyone else is going. Mind you! All the passengers were males who peed openly in public! And he expected me to pee along with them in the open! When we were about to reach in 5 minutes, he took a turn and took the longest route
