He collected the charges upfront for services and material saying he would come back in 2 days to complete the remaining set of work and then failed to show up when contacted. He was evasive and abusive when I asked him to return the extra amount. Raised a complaint on him with Sulekha too. Please beware of paying upfront before the job is complete.
