Waste service operaters.. They don't respond to complaints and if we call they don't lift or cut the call.. Really regret to taking the connection of their hathway service..pathetic

I am writing review about services of Siti Vision, Moti Nagar, Hyderabad. One of the worst service i have seen, very poor customer service and collection agents don't even answer questions. They took money but services not yet activated and when you call them they don't even lift the call and even if they lift, they don't have proper answer. We just have to wait for channels to get activated. Whoever wants to opt for siti vision services in motinagar , just drop your plan or else your money will get waste and also you need to suffer.

I took hathway cable TV connection on 9th January 2018 n paid 1500 to the box. From the next day I.e 10 January 2018 till today 23/01/2018 started not working. If we make calls to them they are not answering worst connection. irresponsible cable operators please please never buy hathway cable TV.
