This complaint is regarding negative feedback on the service of my car,MARUTI SUZUKI ERTIGA KL 48 Q 2151 In December 2022, my car met with an accident, and 80% of the vehicle parts got damaged. Since the accident was near Trichi, we took the car to the nearest Vythes mobile park, Maruti, an authorized service station, for repair with insurance coverage. We received the car back after 3 months with their claim that all repairs were done. Around a year ago, my cousin was using my car since I was out of state. When I returned home, I noticed that there were still multiple issues after their service, and they used local parts, not genuine ones. And Repairing works , paintings are very bad look like A local garage work All body panels were misaligned, Fr bumper not fixed properly, Fr Hood misaligned and Badley repainted , rh side doors and door inner panels are misaligned bad painting , inner panel punch marks is not available, roof panels not repaired properly still we can see the putty

Worst service ever. Went for dashboard repair and now water is leaking from the underneath the dashboard. Went to the service department to fix the issue, they are not even showing interest or addressing the problem. I would strongly recommend not to go this service department.

Most of the advisors do not know proper work. They even don't know the basics of a vehicle. I gave my i20 to trichy arasu Hyundai to mr.karuppusamy advisor. He didn't even looked into the problem. He just asked me to change the clutch plate because there was jerking while shifting the gear. So I was forced to spend 22000 rupees and even after changing the clutch plate there was jerking. Then another senior advisor mr. Nagaraj came and checked the vehicle and asked to change a plug which costed only Rs. 700 and after that the problem was minimal though not completely clear. Mr.karuppusamy like advisors usually ruin the vehicle. I have seen him getting scolds from mechanics who are working under him. This is not the first complaint for me but I have encountered many problems at arasu Hyundai trichy service centre like making scratches on the car. We customers can't even blame those fellows. So car owners plz have a clear view on your car before and after giving your car to this service
