I went to Twisters based on reviews. My experience was very unpleasant.
First, the color of seat covers material they used was wrong. I have evidence that I ordered beige color, but they used white. Vinay tried to convince me that that white was beige. I did not agree, so Vinay offered to replace them after a week. I didn?t want to wait and waste my time further, so I compromised with the color.
After seat covers were installed, my dashboard displayed a warning to ?Check airbags?. Vinay said it was common and asked his technician to take my car to another shop to get the warning sign removed. Hush hush there made me suspicious, so I also sat in the car to go along. Seeing that, Bunty came out and said it can be taken care at Twisters itself. I got out of my car, and to my surprise, the technician drove away immediately. After the technician returned, when confronted, the technician admitted that he fiddled with battery connectors, airbag sensors, etc.
I will not recommend Twisters.
