My bike came 4 days late, I had to go and collect it instead of they delivering them to me, My motorcycle is a meteor 350, upon unpacking the bike I found the LEG GUARD to be broken, yes the leg guard so bad is their service, no help was provided from them, other damages includes a big dent on the stainless steel muffler cover, half side of the swingarm scratched, wonder how could that happen a indicator hanging, sadly nothing was provided from them upon complaining, if you love your vehicle never give it to them, worst delivery ever

I had booked transport facility for my brandnew sofa,Dining table etc from this agency from Pune to Yavatmal on 21st Feb 2024. The sofa got damaged while in transit. Facilitator had forced me to get this insured and charged me rs 2400 for Marine cargo insurance from oriental insurance. when I enquired and asked him to claim the insurance he started talking rubbish and in foul langauge like "Itna to hota hi hai sir", "App to aise bol rhe ho jaise maine crore kama liye aapke packing se", "100-200 Rs lagake thik kara lo mai de dunga". When I checked the insurance copy with insurance provider I found out that this insurance cost only Rs 50 and not Rs 2400. I directly asked him to refund for this policy but now this person started abusive langauge. anybody looking to get there personal belonging get shifted beware of this "Fraud" person. Not at all trustworthy.

I engaged Omx Packers and Movers to relocate my household items from Pune to Bangalore. Unfortunately, the service fell short of expectations. Despite having insurance, they haven't compensated for the damages incurred during the move. Mukesh, who assessed my belongings, overlooked photographing my wardrobe and later claimed it was not in his pictures. The initial quote of 35000+ 4500 for insurance and taxes was revised higher to 56000 during the move, eventually reduced to 52000 after negotiations. Sandeep, the manager, is unresponsive to my calls and has not addressed the damages. I strongly advise against choosing Omx Packers and Movers, cautioning against trusting Sandeep, Mukesh, and others. Furthermore, numerous items were missing upon delivery, adding to the stress and disappointment with Omx Packers and Movers' service. I have attached only 5 pics of the damaged items for reference as there is a restriction.
