This guy has cheated us, didn?t send our package on time and refuses to refund us for any damages to our food that may occur. A package that is supposed to take 3-4 days will take 10-14 days minimum with perishable items in the package. Don?t use this business for your courier needs.

This is completely fake and not the Actual GATI service. The original vendor name is Gera Packers and Movers. They are completely fraud and overcharge. Let me share my honest experience with such a pathetic service. I hired them for moving my luggage from Pune to Mhow (district Indore). I only had 12 Box and 1 Almirah and 1 Activa 2 wheeler and they charged me total - Rs 14500. Once the luggage was loaded he asked me to pay 2000 more to move the shipment, which is completely unprofessional. Some how I bargained with Rs 1000 since I do not have any other choice. When the luggage came for unloading at the destination, there was no unloading service provided by him. Only the driver came with my Stuff and I have to carry the luggage while unloading. And the worst part is, till date I haven't received the GST bill from him. This confirms that they are completely fraud and provide pathetic service on the name of GATI KWE. Please be aware from such fraud vendors.

FRAUDS.... They accepted to deliver my parcel to Malta in Jan...Soon after they realized they do not have any service in Malta...It is March now and they still have not returned my parcel nor have they returned back my courier charges. Requesting everyone to stay away from these FRAUSTERS. They will take your parcel and money and won't ever deliver your parcel. Even after repeated calls and mails, they refuse to return my parcel and the courier charges. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED WITH THEIR EXTREME UNPROFESSIONALISM. DO NOT EVER SEND ANY PARCEL THROUGH THEM.

Worse service ever!! Not trust worthy at all. After i paid booking amont, just before the day of shifting,at 10PM , they increased the charge by 5K , and ask me to decide within 10 mins . At the time of unloading they made me pay some union charge ,which they never discussed about. pathetic ppl ..

The worst service ever. I had a parcel delivered from India and i have yet to receive this even after two months.The help desk does not even help and takes years to reply.I provided all the details from the start but the guys did not even contact me.And now after pushing me around all over the place they are requesting for additional payment with no reason.Such a bad service.Please do not ever use this service

They are very prompt service they have finished. I have contacted this Lalji Mulji Transport Co. They have charged me 2400 for this service, shifted the Vehicles & Spare Parts from Pune to Ahmedabad, They have delivered it on time. Their service was good. Their way of communication was perfect and I am happy with their service.

I wanted to shift my two-wheeler Honda Activa from Pune to Dehradun So I approached TCI-XPS in Hinjewadi. The people spoke with me and informed the charges for shifting is Rs 4000 which I feel very expensive I am looking for the lower charges Rs 3000- Rs.3500 The way they interacted with me was good.
