i shall commend Absar From AR COOL.
My aircon was not cold for about a week now, he suggested us to refill gas & indeed my aircon is super cold now. the customer service was good and actual service is also good. If you have questions, just ask and he will try his best to assist your burning questions. Went out of his way to explain Gas/pressure level & why is it important. From my experience with other company they usually just come and see the problem and tell us the solution without bothering to explain why. This leads to me wondering whether the service i paid for is actually necessary or not. Highly recommend this company to install, repair or service your aircon. I hope the workers of this company is getting paid well as they are doing a good job compared to other companies from my experience.
