I have bought one 1.5 ton 5star Voltas AC from them. Though they have tried hard to push sell the Llyod Ac, I sticked to Voltas. After that, the response from that particular sales girl (Archita) have become very rude every time we querried about. There was abnormal delay in delivery and installation of the ac. (They have assured the product delivery within 3 days, but actually delivered on 5th day after purchase).Though initially it was promised that AC installation will be done on the same day of delivery, they don?t, after repeated requests Ac installed after 7days. Their phone nos of shop mentioned in bill also not working. The moment you have done the payment(I have done full payment, thats my big mistake), you will have to run to them for delivery and installation as if they are mercying you. So beware, don't purchase from them as their after sales service is very bad.

I also bought a Geyser with Ac which was also getting delayed in delivery and installation. Their other phone nos of shop also not working. The moment you have done the payment(I have done full payment, thats my big mistake), you will have to run to them for delivery and installation as if they are mercying you. So beware, don?t purchase from them and that also full advance payment, as their after sales service is very bad.

Just a note to inform you that i have purchased Mitsubishi 2 ton AC from this dealer, at the time of delivery its was shocking for me as this guy delivered the AC in open box unpacked condition in an auto rikshaw. There instllation technicians are un experienced, as on today there is leakage in inside unit.. All the AC vendors are offering Free service for one year, this company has no concerned for the same and we have to keep them reminding for free service, when we complained for water leakage problem, he is not attending the issue. I have called them many times, at the time of purchasing machine, they come our home to install machine at chandkheda, now at the time of servicing, thjey say that ur home is very far away from our office and they can not afford to come to our home to service AC and attend our complaints. I Purchased Mitsubishi Inverter 2 ton AC machine which is one of the best brand, but due to poor / wrong installation, this AC is troubling us.

Proper service and response I got from Girias Perambur, Chennai. Purchased an OGeneral Ac from this dealer for residential purpose. Their response was good and they explained the features clearly. I paid a 57600 for AC purchase including delivery and installation. The customer's approaches are really good at this center and Overall I am satisfied with their good service and response.
