Extremely bad service provider. We engaged this lady to do a simple decor for a small event. We paid a significant advance as well. One day before the event, she called us and doubled the cost, stating that the flowers had gotten expensive. Given the last minute demand, we were cornered. This is an extremely unprofessional service provider, who provides below average service, acts in an erratic manner, and is openly rude. Please do not engage her for any events.

This is a fraud company. We had requested for backstage decoration for our naming ceremony function. Dry flowers were used and moreover some local cheap dried Chrysanthemums flowers were used put in place of gerbera for the bouquet. Probably they had reused an old bouquet. Lady incharge was highly unprofessionsl and did not even bother to visit the venue in the morning when we saw the state of the decoration and called her. Moreover she had forced us to pay 70% of the money the day before itself. And she spoke in a rude manner when we contacted er after the function. Highly unprofessional, cheap service which spoiled out functions because the photos looked bad due to the back stage decoration.
