I had received a nice response from this "Hi-Tech Air Power Pvt. Ltd". I discussed with this agency to buy an Air compressor. I asked 12 kg rotary air compressor for industry purpose. He gave a clear information to me and rated Rs 50,000 it is reasonable. Their way of approach also very good, we had a nice conversation so i am going to finalise with him itself. I am completely satisfied with this agency.

Worst service backup. No courtesy to customers. While selling they said we got all spare parts and we do all kind of services. My 10hp coprocessor motor got problem on very first day the compressor switched on. While calling them they asking me to bring the compressor back to them and they will send it to coimbatore and I need to pay for that saying the motor may burnt assuming if no supply in one of the phases. They are not ready to send any service person. They saying we won't provide any warranty on motor after delivering the product. Is that a small vacuum cleaner machine that I can carry to his shop for service. Is the transport cost for carrying that 10 hp compressor so cheap. While sending it to coimbatore and do the paid service, how can I run my wheels shop without a compressor. Never met such a worst seller in my life before.
