Worst service. First till the money is transferred they talk like honey then after paying they do only what and when they like. Got 13500 from me but had to stand nearly 3 hours. The adhaar card details were not mentioned properly. Did not provide an advice of what has to be done and what not. Highly not recommended.

Cancellation policy not mentioned at all at the time of booking. We lost lot of money as we had to cancel our booked trip one week before due to medical emergency. Highly unprofessional and bad business ethics.

We had a pilgrimage trip to Nepal Mukthinath Dharshan. It is very good. We can opt by flight since road travel is very tedious for elderly pilgrims Food and vehicles rooms were fine Superb...

I heard about this tour operator from one of my friend with his wife at Puzhuthivakkam that he has booked for kailash yatra and paid entire amount of Rs. 94,000/- from January to March 2023 through Bank transfer. But all of a sudden he had to go for by pass surgery one month before the tour planned which he has informed them for his inability to go for the trip and requested to return the amount. They said tour cancellation amount of Rs. 15000/- + Flight cancellation amount of Rs. 12000/- will be forfeited. (Total Rs. 27000/-) which has been agreed by him. The balance amount of Rs. 67000/- they still not yet refunded to that old super senior person. Hence please be alert before booking through them. As he doesn't know how to rate them, he asked me to help him. Hence sending this review on his behalf.

Not satisfied with the level of customer service that this offered by this group. Went on a recent trip to Shirdi (one day). It started off well, however, soon we came to realise that for 18000 per person, all they offer is the flight tickets, one time Darshan, accomodation and one time food. Nothing more. No Aarthi ticket as per itinerary. No laddu prasad (Rs 10 per person). The guide was not knowledgeable, he was just an organiser. No special consideration paid to old people/young kids. Some people in our group failed to get an extra Darshan in the morning, which we were asked to pay for out of our pocket, despite already paying them Rs 18,000. I understand that every business need to be profitable, but it seems to me that there is around 50% profit per person with this group. I will never recommend this service to anyone.
