Poor quality, Very high pricing, bad after sales service and very rude owner and staff behaviour with customers. Won't recommend to visit this shop, there are many better alternatives available in Indore.

We had an extremely bad experience with the product, pathetic post-delivery service and show of an unprofessional attitude by the store owner Mr Nilesh Dosi. I am taking the pain to pen down this detailed review as I would really not want other customers to get conned and frustrated in a similar fashion in future. We ordered a custom-built sofa set costing about ?30K about an year ago, which came with a promise of 7 years of assurance against issues with the craftsmanship, any unexpected wear and tear beyond what could happen over general usage. We were vehemently promised quick and proper required service if something along those lines were to happen. We placed trust in the store owner owner and were fell for his big promises. The complete payment was made in advance as requested, prior to the delivery. To our shock, we received sub-par and poor quality furniture which didn't fell below our expectations.

I have purchased Center Table of Rs 38000/- on 22.10.2021 but Steller delivered defective piece.
