Please disclose the details of patient & diagnosis, so that we shall verify our records. We never stopped any patient to take 2nd opinion even during the stay in our hospital. If you had any issues you should have discussed with the doctors during the stay. Doctors never insist for compulsory stay unless the clinical condition of the baby necessitate it and if the baby is better without any further stay, that reflects the quality of the treatment given by our hospital. Reg charges kindly compare with other NICU’s in the city & comment. Reg. toilets we do our best to maintain them clean but bcoz of many attendants for single patient & who argue when not allowed to use them, it is not possible to maintain them unless attendants co-operate with us.
