the service taken vide consignment no-790 dated 10/02/2015 for the transportation of my maruti 800 car (UP 78 BJ 2558) from Surat to Jammu service of which was not availed and amount Rs 14500 paid at the time of booking against it was due. A cheque of Rs 14500 was issued against it after repeated reminders with insufficient balance in the accountand the cheque bounced.finally with the help of cops i got the amount refunded after a gap of 3 months that to in installments.do not trust these guys.
