ARN computers is a scam. Do not give your laptop for repair. They manipulate the parts and damage it and charge you for more. Also they do not return the money. I gave my Dell laptop on 30th Oct 2023 to repair the Ic at power made me sit for the whole day and said to come next day also took a payment of rs 2500 without starting work. They damaged the computer motherboard and said mother board Is damaged and now I have to pay 7000 more to get it repaired. I denied. They gave the laptop back but did not refund the money after several followup for which they did nothing. Mohd Liaq and his accomplices have become scamsters at ARN computers

I never and ever see such a worst technicians in my life , I visited because when I close the laptop I got the gap in between screen and keypad they said some screws are break so repairing cost is 800 i said ok do that , after 2 hours when they fixed and again said screen got problem so need to pay 6000, i requested for 5000 so they did for 5000 , after all the repairing work now my system didn't get the WIFI signal again i went and i ask them they replied like chip got the problem, like this they do with my laptop , after buying my laptop till now i didn't get single problem , when ever i visited i got all screen problem ,chip problem, i never see one off the worst services.

Be very cautious when buying things from this place salesmen in the shore are outright cheaters They will try to up sell same product at higher prices Always visit other stores nearby - official Brand stores.

They will place duplicate parts after charging the double of the amout. In my case after paying 5000 INR, placed duplicate laptop battery which actual cost was 2800. Due to tha duplicate battery my entire laptop got corrupted. I had spent 15k INR in dell showroom with in a month

I have made a big mistake in my life and I realized that after buying a laptop in the koncept shop at CTC. The worst kind of experience that i received from an executive com entire cheated team that I never met in my life. Its a bogus shop, especially never & ever believe an executive as attached in the below screenshot. Don't buy laptop or any other products from this shop. These guys are expert in bluffing and cheating executive will bluff you. He explain you so softly and give you something. After payment they show attitude. I am the victim for that as I bought Dell Vostro laptop from the same shop and they are doing literally fraud business. The laptop is not even running any apps, not supporting to open any thing, performance is too slow no one can except but I spent 47000 RS for this laptop in the Koncept shop but I realized that I was in a big loss now. It's an old model & worst laptop, which is not even supporting anything to do regular small activities too.

I am Chief Human Resources Officer for esteemed MNC company, we have on-boarded Vasavi Enterprises to support our IT requirements. - Mr Suman is a true professional while dealing with clients - He builds trusts from day one and he adheres to it - He is always reachable and provides in-time support - We have faced a couple of issues for 1 or 2 laptops, where he has fought with Lenovo and Dell Dealers and got us new laptops within the stipulated time - Vasavi enterprises don't sell fake or second-hand products to corporate companies - I find Vasavi enterprises is much better than e-commerce websites Flipkart/Amazon in price and quality of the product. I strongly recommend Vasavi Enterprises to all start-up, co-working spaces and MNC to get in touch with Mr Suman who is MD for the company.
