He learned Bharatnatyam from his very childhood age. With a base of Bharatnatyam he grew up to be a Professional dancer. After that he went to Mumbai to continue his dance training . coming back from Mumbai he joined Calcutta University  to complete his graduation. At the mean time in 2010 He opened his first institute Named  ARANYAK. SANDIPAN choreographed in a number of shows, events and Bengali films also . He also have a vast teaching and dance directing experience as he directed in a number of dance institute like ARANYAK, SUROMANJARI, and many other .
