Service Not Up to the Mark!, Unprofessional Behavior, Didn’t Charge the Promised Amount, Incomplete and Disappointing Service

I recently had a terrible experience with City Line Cab Service. I booked a luxury Tempo Traveller for a round trip from Bangalore to Coorg. Despite paying a high fare of nearly 35 Rs/KM, the vehicle was in poor condition with unstable seats and non-functional levers. Shortly after departing, the vehicle ran out of diesel and we were stranded on the road for 1.5 hours without water in the vehicle, causing us to lose time and suffer in the heat. The company failed to apologize and instead told me to understand the circumstances. At the end of the trip, the driver presented a bill for 1114 KM, far beyond what we had actually traveled, indicating odometer manipulation. The driver was rude and unprofessional, and to avoid further conflict, I paid him an additional 10,000 INR. When I attempted to contact the company to address these issues, they did not respond. I caution others to avoid City Line Cab Service.

While taking Booking Mr.Faisal speaks very good and once confirmed he wont take any risk at end of trip for settlement he wont pickup the call he will leave driver and us to be in a confusion. This type of behaviour is not acceptable.
