hi I tried to rent a car from the owner of this car rental service Anthea Mandal. She did not have the decency to tell me she could not provide me a car. This is bad business practice especially in this line where people are reliant on hire cars. I tried calling her and she sends her servant on the line and subsequently ignored all our calls and refused to receive them. I am so disappointed and appalled at her services. Horrible service even after we gave her so much business over Christmas. This is unacceptable and she needs to be answerable to her clients.

Booked the car for Outside City from Kolkata to Raichak for their service and response was very nice and they have quoted the rental charges per Km at 13 and they are taking total service charge for Up and Down at 1500 only so I'm happy to Booked the car for rental through this Travels

Got Car rental service from City Travels Taltala, Kolkata. They called me and immediately provided a car with driver at the nominal rent. The driver was good and he is driving well. Really, we enjoyed within city trip. I am very happy and satisfied with their good service.
