Hi ,Myself Vineet I have worked with Arraygen Technologies as Java Developer for almost a year.I would say it not a 'good' company but 'Great' company to start your career. The kind of exposure you get here is unmatchable. The CEO, Mr Rajesh and the Senior Developer were very much cooperative and helpful. They all will guide whenever you face any hurdle and will make you learn how to get Smart solution to problem. If you are honest, committed ,responsible and have passion for coding the this is best place i would suggest. You also get oppurtunity to learn new technologies here ,i got to learn R and Perl Languages .Coding at Arraygen will transform you from being a Coder to Smart Coder. As far as Salary is concerned if you Deserve good salary you will get.I got salary growth three times over a year without asking for it.Again i would say you should Deserve it .Last but not the least, you will get lot of things to learn from The CEO ,Mr Rajesh. He the best mentor one can get.ThankYou Arraygen
I have Joined Arraygen As a Digital Marketing Analyst & i am finding Friendly environment. as a fresher i am learning more here & applying my all skills to make a startup company more revenues as well as my personal growth. The boss only looks our performance & we are learning more under his guidance.
Its not a good company to start career in bioinformatics,I join there as bioinformatician ,Joining letter it was written that they will provide training but there is no such stuff is there to provide training to new employees ,and the head of the company behaves very rude, insults employees like anything and treats like slaves. salary is too low as compare to work the give.its not at all good company.
I did joined this company as java developer. But found there is no scope for development. Owner didnt bother to insult your capabilities. There is no one having java knowledge. So they dont understand programming issues. They want two days work to completed in 2 minutes. For a developer this is not a company to choose for career. I suggest developers not to join and work for such kind of companies.
