I purchased 2 mattress Passion plus from corfoam in Jan2013 . i registered a complaint for deformation Dec 2014 . after so many reminders one executive visited after 4 months and aggreed for replacement . I got replacement in June 2015 . very next day i complained that one of two mattress is too soft but executive advised to use for 2 months by changing side then give call' I did same no executive visited on 20 Oct 2015 and stated that I have to pay 4000/- for replacement due to delay Overall delay at company end & their team and putting up at customer head which is not acceptable at all from renowned company like corfoam.morever i shared that in having backache with these matterss than i was shocked to receive reply from corfoam executive Mr Amitabh Mishra that corfoam do not take responsibility for any kind of back pain ..
