"I liked this shop very much because their service is very nice along with that they give valuable suggestions for future studies and career ..... i was feeling tensed about my project work to be submitted that week .. when i went to that shop for making purchases.. that shop owner . i don't know his name .... but he looked at me and guessed what was going on my mind he spoke to me in very nice manner ... he is single staffed but he takes orders on time.. and gives the books even earlier though there are a lot of people ... the pricing is very good he does not charge extra on mrp rates ... sometimes he gives discounts on mrp too.. pros are --- 1) good natured &well mannered 2) freebies like a pen or pencil or eraser or sharpener etc etc to every person who purchases in his shop 3) does not tell lies about the availability of books ....... now cons ---------------- 1)the shop is very old 2) its a bit dusty"
