Very bad experience totally waste of money, once they got advance amount there attitude was totally changed, they booked hotels very cheap and 3rd class. They also changed final itinerary and add some additional hotels name in the itinerary which was very low quality and I didn't noticed and make advance payment and when I get the list of hotels and all then I found that they booked another hotels apart from the hotel name given earlier.

Incomplete and Disappointing Service

Service Not Up to the Mark!, Unprofessional Behavior, Delayed Service, Incomplete and Disappointing Service Very Poor and pathetic service from Colors india. I wasted so much money. I suggest people not to opt for Colors of india Service. Argumentative behavior of employees. They never follow Itenary what they send to customers. The agent has spoiled complete trip and vacation. I should have opted for goibibo or makemytrip. Worst service. This is the level of privacy the colors of india employees keep with the customers. The travel agent name is Mr Mukesh Chauhan, who is dealing with us, Pathetic service. Please don't trust this travel agency !! The don't even follow the itinerary the commit.

Service Not Up to the Mark!, Unprofessional Behavior, Delayed Service, Incomplete and Disappointing Service

Very Poor and pathetic service from Colors india. Driver's behavior is very rude and unethical. I wasted so much money. I suggest people not to opt for Colors of india Service. Argumentative behavior of employees. They never follow Itenary what they send to customers. Half of the places mentioned in itenary was not taken by the driver. Driver and the agent has spoiled complete trip and vacation. I should have opted for goibibo or makemytrip. Worst service. The employee has shared my complaint mail and chat with the driver and the driver is personally messaging me and using abusive language on my personal watsapp number. This is the level of privacy the colors of india employees keep with the customers. The travel agent name is PREETHI SHARMA, who shared my complaint mail and chat with the driver VINOD SHARMA. Pathetic service. Please don't trust this travel agency.
