Service Not Up to the Mark!, Charged Without Providing Service, Incomplete and Disappointing Service, Charged Without Solving Actual Problem

The technician was not at all knowledgeable. He wasted so much time and said the controller had problem, He said “it will cost you 7k if you do it from samsung, but we will charge you 3200”. The error code was shown 5C which clearly means drainage issue. Even though the error code was 5C, he was consistently telling me that he has to take the washing machine completely with him to repair the controller. I denied to do the service with him. After he went away, I watched some youtube videos and drained the water and cleaned it. It worked fine after that. I felt he was trying to scam me. Also, he took 300? for doing nothing. Atleast if he had drained the water and the washing machine had worked, I would have been satisfied.
