Please don't buy laptops from this store. The laptop purchased has issues just within 2 months of purchase. And now it's completely not in a working state. Each day this laptop has some issue or other. Instead of spending my time on working iam spending my time in fixing the laptop. There were so many instances when I had to use laptop for my exams and this laptop used to get issues in between the exam. Even after giving to service we are not able to fix the issue. Complete waste of money worth 80 thousand I feel that the defective piece was given and hence it had issues within 1-2 months. Really Really frustrated with this. I really want to file a complaint about these people Please do not ever buy laptops from this store.

I purchased dell laptop along with extended warranty. it has been three months and my extended warranty is not updated. when I call them they are not giving proper response. Very bad service

We went to this store to purchase a new Laptop. Mr. Sanjay a man full of dedication, guided us thoroughly and patiently. He made our decision easy and helped in making easy transaction. We are aware of the HP brand (best brand) but only because of Mr. Sanjay I am giving 5 stars to the store.

Yes, RATHOD IT SOLUTIONS its FRAUD and FAKE company. I also also face same issue and i lost my 5000 rupees. don't believe 5 reviews those are all their own staff reviews.... Me also he ask me to pay first 20% advance to deliver the laptop, so i paid 20% advance again he demand me to pay 50% advance to deliver the laptop and paid again 50% amount now again he asking me to pay full amount before delivering the laptop.... with that i understand this company FRAUD COMPANY. This company main persons are Mr. Rathod-9953743022, and Mr. Suraj: 8983238165 both of them are thief's and they will cheat you and they will theft your money.. Finally i ask to Mr. rathod and Mr. suraj to refund back my money and they refuse to refund it.. So, do not believe RATHOD IT SOLUTIONS- THIS COMPANY IS FAKE AND FRAUD COMPANY

Great response from them, Purchased a AMD custom Desktop from this vendor named v3computers in coimbatore, they suggested me a best configuration for assembled gaming PC with best price in the city and their approch was really so kind, attitudes are really Excellent! I am Extremely satisfied with v3computers. Praise the Lord. Thankyou V3computers for your support.

I have made a big mistake in my life and I realized that after buying a laptop in the koncept shop at CTC. The worst kind of experience that i received from an executive com entire cheated team that I never met in my life. Its a bogus shop, especially never & ever believe an executive as attached in the below screenshot. Don't buy laptop or any other products from this shop. These guys are expert in bluffing and cheating executive will bluff you. He explain you so softly and give you something. After payment they show attitude. I am the victim for that as I bought Dell Vostro laptop from the same shop and they are doing literally fraud business. The laptop is not even running any apps, not supporting to open any thing, performance is too slow no one can except but I spent 47000 RS for this laptop in the Koncept shop but I realized that I was in a big loss now. It's an old model & worst laptop, which is not even supporting anything to do regular small activities too.

Be cautious with this store and their salespeople as they are absolutely Fraud N Liars. I got a Refurbished Dell Laptop by the name of a brand new although its a policy that it should be told to a customer n should be mentioned on your invoice but they have not. I have an email which mentions it still they are not cooperating and admitting this fraud. Very irresponsible and fraud acts here. Don't care for customers monetary values. Beware and don't be victims.
