Service Not Up to the Mark!, Unprofessional Behavior, Delayed Service, Incomplete and Disappointing Service, Charged Without Solving Actual Problem

I had a very disappointing experience with Confiado security services. The guards were unprofessional and lacked the training necessary to handle basic security situations. On multiple occasions, they were either inattentive or absent from their posts, leaving our property vulnerable. Communication with their management was equally frustrating—they were unresponsive and dismissive of our concerns. For the price we paid, I expected a much higher level of service and accountability. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable security. Save your time and money and look elsewhere."
