N K singh sir gives a lots many practical exposure in Law as he himself a corporate Lawyer. His Book is outstanding. Specially the handling of case studies is amazing.

Super lecture and wonderful classes and best Book. Every thing is memories in class itself. I have take the video classes for CA Final. N K Singh sir is The best for Corporate Laws.

No ways... it's the worst decision of mine that i have ever made... took online classes for CA final Law.. and trust me the material they supplied is worst... so many mistakes.. no proper indexe is made.. page numbers are given haphazard way... and they never gave me videos of all the classes.. FEMA and SARFAESI classes.. classes w.r.t companies act were also incomplete... the worst teaching techniques.. the professor uses only hindi in his classes.. plz dont go for this class.. worst ever..
