Hospital is maintained very clean, neat and hygienic. Gynaecologist, doctors, nurses and medical facility for procedure is best in India while providing a home and family like atmosphere. The problems being faced were swelling, irritation/ rash as well as a burning sensation primarily due to tight foreskin problem. The doctor and medical staff made me feel very comfortable due to polite, professional and courteous help. The actual circumcision surgical procedure was very simple and didn?t last for more than 30 minutes. I was given preparation instructions for surgery and came prepared in the morning. After anesthesia pain and sensation felt was almost none. After surgery recovery instructions were very good, dressing and medications were all included and I could return home same day, with back to work the next day. I had been advised not to indulge in strenuous physical activities as well as to keep the surgical area dry. The recovery went very well and resolved the issue with tight foreskin. Excellent facilities hospital and professional experienced surgeon along with medical staff is highly appreciated.

This is my overall experiencefor gynecomastia surgery from start to finish. The issue concerned was years of lack of self-confidence and lower self esteem due to being unable to wear fitted t-shirts during sports. Excess fat accumulation in the chest region primarily was a factor of genetics and hereditary reasons with my father and uncle having similar accumulations but at a less degree than me. After a lot of consideration and support from friends as well as relatives, decided to find a lasting solution to the excess fat by undergoing the male breast reduction surgery invoking fat removal from the upper chest. Had professional, courteous and supportive help from the doctor, surgeon and medical staff. The diagnosis involved marking the exact areas and subsequently following up with the surgical procedure with the result being a flatter, firmer chest without the sagginess. Was given the proper medications and follow-up attire for efficient recovery. Excellent experience overall.

It is general with men with excess fat in the chest area to ignore, feel uncomfortable, live with low confidence and hiding behind XL clothing. For those I would certainly want to share my experience: I had been also like all thinking very hard (for about a year) to get a consultation and understand the procedure of Gynaecomastia, its side effects (If any) and most importantly the percentage of correction of the breast to a decent looking male chest. Dr. Madhu was very approachable and helped explain in granular detail about the surgery, cost, recovery period and assured to instill confidence and provide better results. As promised, post surgery, I am very happy with the result. I am able to wear regular size t-shirts and WITH CONFIDENCE. The post surgery care by the Doctor is commendable and he made sure he had me for consultation to check if the recovery is on track. I would certainly recommend Dr. Madhu Kumar any day for men suffering from Gynaecomastia problems.
