Worst experience. Worst service My trip was vijayawada to hyderabad 11.10 time. But driver was not pickep .iwill so many times and somany no also.finaly 12.10 is cam .driver was told we missed your booking .it's bad service and staff also Worst service .not responsible

Worst courier service, no responsible for package they are delivering. They don't even know the where exactly there courier is, the higher management in Hyderabad are very worst and unresponsive. If any rating below 1 can be given to this package. Untill you ask your package they won't even know where that is. It's not recommended service

Had my worst ever travelling experience with Sri Krishna travels on my trip from Chennai to Vijayawada. Just imagine being right on time and getting yelled at. The bus driver & staff called me said that they'd leave me and go if I'm not at the boarding point 15 minutes early. If only I was not some 400m away, I would've definitely missed the bus. And remember, I was on time but when I entered the bus, they started yelling at me like they are some sort of hooligans. I mean just what kind of service would not wait until the boarding time but leave their passengers and go on their own? Maybe they wanted to make a quick buck off of those empty seats. Having experiencing this dirty behavior and timelessness I'd suggest you to go for any other travels than this. Just the bus looking good or okay is never enough for any kind of traveller to feel safe and sound. Also, did I mention the ALCOHOL smell surrounding the staff? I feel like I should because that's ACTUALLY concerning!!! And as if all of that wasn't enough, they asked extra cash for the luggage. Can you believe it? Refusing to accept what was tipped and shamelessly begging for more money even after all that ruckus they had caused. Truly unbelievable and unforgettable experience.

Pathetic service! i have booked my courier from sringar to kolkata on 21st Feb 2018 which was expected to reach by 24th Feb 2018, courier was reached on time on 24 feb 2018 at 10:58 AM, This time i am writing at 27 Feb 2018 5:53 PM, they cant deliver my courier till now, the distance from courier office to consignee address is just 15 mins, three days are not enough for them to cover 15 mins distance and deliver my courier, i strongly deny the service of Akash Ganga for future use and also suggest other people not to use this worst courier service, it is better to go youself than use this pathetic service.

Pathetic service. The couriers are just picked up randomly without even checking the area in a very irresponsible way. We got a courier addressed to Bhavanipuram in the morning at around 9:30Am and the status said out for delivery and we did not receive it even in the evening. We have to make 8-10 calls and they finally said,"we think your courier has been taken by someone else by mistake, may be Moghalrajpuram delivery folks". I said we need it badly today itself. They said dont worry who ever has taken it by mistake will deliver it back to us by EOD and u can come and pick it up. I sent someone to pick it up from their office and yet, they have no clue as to where my courier is!<br/>

I could have given it a negative star but there is no option for it. This courier service reminds you of good old days of postal service. Let me rephrase my words, it actually shames the old postal service in terms of speed as it takes more than a week to deliver between Metro cities. I think the courier guy had to walk all the way to deliver, that justifies the delay in delivery, It is soooo fast that it takes just 7 days more than the usual 2-3 days that a normal Courier service takes
