Croma Vile Parle West Mumbai

I was just about to purchase a Rs12,000 Samsung microwave from Croma in Juhu 4 weeks ago and it blew up in store during the demo!! They very quickly brushed the incident aside and even more quickly sold me another Samsung model at Rs17800 + a 2 year warranty at Rs1200. Now, not even 4 weeks later, this microwave blew up in my kitchen whilst warming food up and now refuses to switch on. I have been calling Croma Juhu and their service centre incessantly since yesterday only to be fobbed off by operator after operator making false promises that an engineer is on his way! No one has turned up more than 24 hours later and I had a dinner party on tonight which I had to cancel. I am disgusted at their shoddy service and even shoddier products and post sales lack of service. Please beware of purchasing any product from this store as they simply don't give a damn about their customers.
