Very unprofessional, unethical. It is nothing but cheating people with their hard earned money. I paid full service payment upfront to Sarah on very first day. The maid was there for 2 months and she left. In that 2 months we had additional help to make sure agency provided maid get comfortable with the setup.By the time we felt she was adjusted she decided to leave. It was dual burden for us. After that agency is not bothered to provide me replacement. I am planning to consult with Lawyer and file a police case. This is nothing but cheating, we pay for services which this agency sincerely didn't provide. When I see other feedback I see a similar issues were faced by money other people here. Such agencies should not be allowed to function. I will reach out to existing customer who provided all positive feedback about Sarah/agency and certainly will request them not to give any feedback for such people in future. Today I feel like I was a fool running behind Sarah to get me a replacemen

Their business model is to make the commission somehow my providing inexperienced maid. They will lie to your face. If the maid leaves, you will have to waste your time and energy following up with them for a replacement or refund. Believe me, it doesn't make any difference to them. They are leechers and will eat your hard earned money with no shame or dignity. Sadly for them this will not work for long.

This agency is giving maids who don’t know to work and don’t want to work. They don’t give replacement only promise. Absolutely disappointed with their service

Frauds. They charged maid's one month salary(18000) as commission for a contract of 8 months. The maid left in 2 months. Since then they are neither picking calls nor sending replacement or refunding a penny.

Very unethical behavior in trying to poach the same person they have placed for a new job to force you to keep paying a placement fee every six months.
