The go to place car rental services for all your Kerala trip needs. We took a 4 day trip to Kerala from madurai (madurai-thekkady-munnar-cochin-madurai) and everything was as perfect as expected. Very customer friendly driver , who knows in and out of Kerala local sight seeing. Could have not asked for more than this. Definitely not to look further than this.

Worst ever experience. We recently visited Leh Ladakh tour through Hazel tours and had series of worst experience and strongly recommend new travellers to not select Hazel tours when you plan your next trip. We strongly recommend not to choose Hazel tours (Pankjabhai) for your next trip. Owner Disappeared: Owner Pankajbhai Chedda took money from us and gave all false promises about the tour and he completely disappeared before the tour, leaving entire tour experience on his managers who gave all wrong answers and provided third grade services. He never once came on phone and asked about wellbeing or comfort about the tour, despite of asking more than 20 times to call back. Once paid they do not care for customers. Provided different low category room at Pangong Lake without informing. No soap / shampoo in rooms, food quality pathetic. rude behaviour by Sheetal (Manager) at Leh. Few Sight Seeing points cancelled.

WORST travels ever !! These people threaten you and take advantage of you being dependant on them. We booked the mini bus for 5 days Pune-Goa-Pune. We were family of 8 people with elderly people as well as children. a) On the morning of travel, the owner started arguing about the route to take and they didnt want to take faster route as they would have to pay more, they didnt mind driving 4 hours more on slower route. While arguing, the onwer -Prakash threaten to take the leave us and take the vehicle back, if we didnt agree to route. b) On the way to Goa - the Owner called and asked to deposit 50% advance fees in his account. I had specifically asked him while booking if he needs advance several days ahead. His response was dont worry, we will handle it. And now in middle of journey the owner wanted 50% money. Again he threatened to leave us in middle of no-where if we did not pay up. c) Once in Goa, on next day when we called driver to come and pick us for sight-seeing, the D

We went for Kerala Tour this Diwali with The Wolrd Trade tours and travels. It is great experience with them. Tour organized perfectly. Travelling and accommodation is very convenient. Location of hotels is also very nice. Food is nice but very repetitive. Only one suggestion as in particular Diwali major tourist are from Gujarat, so few verities like Bataka Pauva, Upma, Maggie, noddlles, pasta, if incorporate than breakfast will be more delicious.
