"good quick and quality service..they have two choces in xerox ... normal and the rich quality..! rich quality is very crisp and the paper they use is very good! they also do bulk photocopies for pamphlets and books and other stuff.. they have options in binding as well.. spiral and comb! rates are very economical.. i always do my work form here! its closed on sunday!"

They are thief and steal original parts if you reject their unnecessary parts replacement. Rs200 visiting charge just for luring customers, trust me he stole my printer head which cost 4100 and replaced it with defected not working printer head, i got it verified by authorised service center

On Phone Calls Before Service They Will Tell You That They Will Take Only RS 200 & Also Telling That They Will Repair Your Printer At Your Place . But Actual Situation Is Just Opposite That They Told You Earlier . They Always Says That In Your Pinter This Part Is Not Working [ That Part Was Already Changed By Authorize Company Service Center Before A Few Day Ago.....] THEY TAKE MY BRAND NEW CONDITION PRINTER TO THEIR SHOP OR SO CALLED OFFICE AND RETURNED WITH MANY SCRATCHES ON MY BRAND NEW CONDITION PRINTER BODY When You Know That The Problem Is Not Resolved By Them... After Service They Will Never Take Your Phone Calls Regarding The Printer Or Computer Problem...... NOTE : AFTER THEIR SERVICE YOUR PRINTER GIVING SOUNDS LIKE OLD DIESEL TRACTORS...... SUCH A BAD SERVICE THEY ARE PROVINDING THEIR CUSTOMERS

THE WORST service they have done, I was searching for Printer services , so I approached Om Tech Printers Solutions & Technologies , they sent technician person they came and NOT done the service ,they TAKE MY PRINTER WITH THEM & RETURNED AFTER FEWS DAYS , THEY have charged me around 2500 The cost which they quoted from me was very much EXPENSIVE . They gave me this PRINTER NOT on time. I am very much FED UP WITH their services.

very bad service got my printer repaired with a2z- executive serviced the printer and confirmed issue will resolve with time 1 month passed no improvement seen, ask executive to visit again but executive refuse visit and ask to take printer to their laxmi nagar office we recommend everyone not to get home service from a2z, they will ask every one to take printer to their office.
