This company and the owner is a complete fraud! I gave him a contract for renovation of my pent house on 20 Jan 2023. This was the single worst decision of my life time. This guy S Karthikeyan and his dad (apparently with 20+ yrs exp) really have no clue about architecture and are such pathetic contractors. After delays after after delay, I finally cancelled the contract on 2 Jun 23. While this co had promised me to complete the whole work in 45 days, they had not even done 50% of the work 6 months later!! I learned they don't pay workers. He also extorted 100% of the contract value. Now I have to spend extra to complete the work. He has no ethics and don't answer calls once payment is made. He repeatedly promises but never delivers. Since I stay far and was unable to personally supervise, these bunch of rascals totally scammed me!! I am now going ahead with legal options!! Pls don't fall for this and save urselves. multiple clients hv bn scammed. 900x807x7197 for detls. dn't fall prey
