Totally unprofessional staff at Veracity Landmark Developers Pvt Ltd. I had purchased one plot in Ocean Valley Project, Wadghar, Srivardhan almost 9 years back in 2013. The project got cancelled within 2 years and these people didn't even bother to inform me that it's cancelled. When I got to know this, I asked for my refund in 2016. They said I will transfer my booking to another projects but no action taken till date and zero communication from them. In 2019 They said they do not have any money because of various reasons. Their MD Dheeraj Tamchikar is never available for a discussion about it. Whenever I called their office, they say we will schedule a meeting in the next week. Their other employees Dolly Lobo and just keep on giving excuses why they can not return my money. They keep changing their offices every now and then and worst part now I found out that their last office location in Vision 9 Mall is closed done and I do not know now where they have moved.

Very cheap way to do their work. There is no commitment about the order, neither they pick up the phone nor do the work when he gets the money. I did not see people like him in my life. My suggestion would be that no one should work with a man like these and no one should order A cheating man who robs others for money. I have made police complaints & Notice from court also.
