They dont pick calls when needed and has not provided Maid back up service from past one month and also dont keep track of phone numbers of nanny who are placed at homes

This is a fraud agency. I have paid 12k to to them and I have taken 2 maids and both are equally terrible and have asked for replacement. Firstly they won't pick my call , secondly they will say that they do not have maids.neither will they refund . The so called 'scam master' Mr. Dhanaraj will be always out of station and their employees will say they will talk to him for refund which will never happen . STAY AWAY FROM THEM AT ANY COST.

They are a fraud agency. They will take money promising services. After few days the maid will disappear and the agency will not refund your money. And the maids they are send are not trained and they steal.
