Not recommended they made us wait for 2 hrs and taken post lunch samples, on the next day when we ask the report they have asked to take the samples again saying like it is not taken very poor service and in the report for other test also they mentioned as male instead of female very careless service.

Worst staff behaviour they talking & shouting Very rudely, Please Remove ur staff and ask them to get trained how to behave and handle patience with polite humble, Mainly remove that Muslim girl in Kondapur. Doctors are also not proper Time. I'm conformed in call doctor is available at 5:00pm then I reach 4:30 pm, they are telling come tomorrow evening same time. Doctor is not available right now.

Don't prefer this diagnostics, govt hospitals far better then this, staff behavior is so rude. We've been waited 5hrs of time for tiffa scan, horrible experience.

In this new digital world Vijaya diagnostic center Himayathnagar appointment process for lab visit is not automated. Patient had to wait for 2 hours with broken knee for the turn for MRI scan. When we called, apparently they mentioned Tokens are given only at hospital. They need to value their customers and patients
